Cancellation Policy

Bookings are available for a minimum of 1 hour at £75. If more time is required, your appointment can be extended up to a maximum of 3 hours, with each additional hour charged at £75. Pricing: 1 hour – £75 2 hours – £150 3 hours – £225 Booking Times: Appointments are available Tuesday to Thursday at the following start times: 8:00am 11:00am 2:00pm Need a different arrival time? If you would like me to arrive at a different time (for example, 9:00am), please book the nearest available slot (in this case, the 8:00am slot) and include your preferred arrival time in the booking notes. Please note: Choosing a later arrival time reduces the amount of time available within that booking slot. For example, if you book the 8:00am slot but request a 9:00am arrival, the appointment can only run until 11:00am, meaning the maximum booking time would be 2 hours, not 3 hours. Payment: Payment can be made in cash on completion of the work, or I can send an electronic invoice by WhatsApp or email for payment by bank transfer.
